Reset Outlook App - iPhone
Open Outlook and
tap your initials/profile in the top left > Then tap the Gear icon in the
bottom left to go Settings > Then under General, tap Accounts > Tap your
account at the top > Then scroll down and tap Reset Account
You may need to
sign in again after resetting.
Reopen Outlook
after that and see if it syncs back up.
